Practice brief: Choose a simple, low-stakes task, such as naming a file so a colleague can find it again. Your aim is for the learner to perform the task and explain the choice, rather than only watch a demonstration.
- State the task the learner should be able to complete, and show one short example.
- Ask the learner to try a different example and explain their reasoning. Notice where your instructions leave room for confusion.
- Give feedback on one observable action, then invite a second attempt. Ask a question that helps the learner check their own work.
Check your result: Could the learner apply the idea to a new example? This small activity helps you identify facilitation, questioning and feedback skills you want to develop in the one-day workshop.

Step 3 — Train
Attend the training
Upon approval from HRDC, participants may attend the training.
Step 4 — Claim
Welingtons submits the claim
After training, we prepare the JD/14 claim form for the employer's declaration. Welingtons then submits the course-fee claim through its training provider e-TRiS account, with the invoice, T3 attendance record and required supporting documents.

After the approved training is completed and the employer has endorsed the JD/14 form, Welingtons Resources submits the course-fee claim as the training provider.
Can you run this in-house for our team?

How much is the public run?
The standard fee is RM1,200 per participant for the complete 1-day programme. In-house delivery is quoted on request. Check the fee for your preferred session; dated public sessions may have a different published fee.
