How HRD Corp claims work
Welingtons Resources (SA0398359-P) is an HRD Corp registered training provider. The employer submits the grant application in e-TRiS before training, supported by our quotation, course content and trainer's profile. For approved programmes under HRD Corp Claimable Courses, Welingtons submits the course-fee claim after training.

Step 2 — Apply
Employer applies for the grant
Your organisation submits the grant application in e-TRiS before training, using our quotation, course content and trainer's profile. Arrange the training date after grant approval, allowing for HRD Corp's applicable advance-approval period.
Step 3 — Train
Attend the training
Upon approval from HRDC, participants may attend the training.
Step 4 — Claim
Welingtons submits the claim
After training, we prepare the JD/14 claim form for the employer's declaration. Welingtons then submits the course-fee claim through its training provider e-TRiS account, with the invoice, T3 attendance record and required supporting documents.

Plan your team’s training in three steps
- Describe the learning need. Share the team’s roles, group size and a task they find difficult. Use the training needs analysis template to turn that task into a clear brief.
- Confirm the practical details. Include your preferred dates, location, delivery language and any equipment or access requirements. These details help us prepare the proposed scope and quotation.
- Plan how people will apply the skill. Agree an opportunity to practise and a manager follow-up. The training evaluation guide provides a simple starting point.
How much does in-house training cost?
In-house training is quoted for the agreed programme and group. Tell us your team size, course or learning goals, preferred duration and location. The per-participant fees shown on course pages are standard programme fees; request a separate in-house quotation for your team.
Where can training take place?
Welingtons Resources is based in Bandar Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur and delivers in-house training across Malaysia. Share your proposed premises or venue so the location, trainer availability and travel arrangements can be confirmed.
